This cottage sits within the huge garden of the old Gamekeepers Cottage where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful garden and the stunning views.
The Cottage is extremely well equipped with under floor heating throughout and the highest level of insulation.

Living Room
The lovely lounge opens out through large double doors onto the patio where you can sit and drink in the fabulous views with a glass of wine. The lounge is equipped with two relaxing chairs, 32 inch TV which has free satellite TV, DVD, free Wifi and a Bluetooth speaker system so that you can enjoy your own music.
Kitchen
The luxurious kitchen has ample cupboards and is fully fitted with built in oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. It also has ample cooking utensils and crockery. We also provide a small starter pack of tea/coffee/sugar and cleaning products for your use.
Bedroom
A beautiful open plan staircase leads up to the Bedroom which has a King Size Bed, two bedside cabinets, sliding cupboards for ample storage, small dressing table and relaxing chair.
Here you wake up to the stunning views across the sands of Ettrick Bay.
Bathroom
The separate shower room has a large shower, fitted integrated sink with ample cupboards, toilet, heated towel rail with towels / bath robes and washing products also provided for your use.
