Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Check in on the day of arrival is 3.00 pm onwards
Check out on the day of departure is 10.00 am
Adults only (21 or over).
*a weekly booking requires 7 nights and a monthly booking requires
a full calendar month.
Bookings incur a cleaning charge of £50 on top of total cost of stay.
Note: There is an additional Key / Breakage/ damage deposit of £100
(refundable on departure).
This is strictly a No Smoking property. We may charge your Damage deposit
if this requirement is contravened.
